The island basin draws its influence from water, with the faucet base rising up like a drop hitting a pool. The faucet and basin reference the ancient Japanese art of Ikabana, through the branch like form of the faucet and footed base of a bonsai bowl. As the basin is filled, the faucet is surrounded by water to create an island, thus reinforcing the brand identity. The unique element of this concept is the seamless integration of the basin and faucet in one design.
